We are located on N main St, a few blocks from downtown and one block from the Rock River. We offer one and two bedroom furnished units, and a furnished house with 3 bedrooms and office space for rent.

Included in your rental you will have access to the co-working space located right across form the parking lot. Enjoy high speed internet, a coworking space and meeting rooms available.
On site parking
There is plenty of parking in front of the apartment building and the office space. It is well lid and has security cameras on site.
In house laundry
In the basement you will find the laundry are, with ironing boards and an iron. There are two coin operated washers and dryers.
Cleaning services
If you want you can schedule a weekly or monthly professionally cleaning service for the unit. This is an option and a very reduced cost to our guess.
The gym
At the entrance of the basement we have a small Gym with an elliptical machine, bike, workout equipment and much more. Enjoy a fresh morning start with a great workout.
Professional
management
This property is professionally managed with services in English and Spanish. We are hands on and have our own maintenance and cleaning crew.
We have a very good WIFI with signal extenders in every floor including the laundry and gym areas.
